1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ZeroText (the "App") or accessing zerotext.drpcoa.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") between you and App is nothing, a subsidiary of DRPCOA ENTERPRISE ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use ZeroText.

2. Description of Service

ZeroText is a private, end-to-end encrypted messaging application. It provides: cryptographic PIN-based identity, Double Ratchet encrypted messaging, Closed Circles (encrypted group messaging), ZeroText AI (private AI assistant), and an Encrypted Cloud Vault. The service is provided as-is. Features may evolve with platform updates.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ZeroText to:

Transmit, solicit, or distribute illegal content under applicable law
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise ZeroText's cryptographic infrastructure
Conduct denial-of-service attacks against ZeroText relay nodes
Impersonate other users or entities through fraudulent PIN distribution
Use ZeroText to facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctioned activities

4. Cryptographic Identity & PIN System

Your ZeroText identity is anchored to a BIP-39 seed phrase generated on your device. You are solely responsible for the security and backup of your seed phrase. We cannot recover lost seed phrases, unlock accounts, or restore access. Sharing your seed phrase with any third party constitutes a complete compromise of your ZeroText identity and is done entirely at your own risk.

5. Zero-Log Guarantee & Its Limits

ZeroText's relay is architecturally designed to hold zero message content or metadata. However, we cannot guarantee anonymity from device-level surveillance, network interception at your ISP level, or compromise of your physical device. ZeroText protects messages in transit and at rest on our relay — it cannot protect against threats on your own device or network.

6. Intellectual Property

ZeroText, the App is nothing brand, and all associated software, design, and content are the intellectual property of DRPCOA ENTERPRISE. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ZeroText for personal, non-commercial messaging. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute ZeroText or its components.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZeroText is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use ZeroText as one layer of a comprehensive personal security posture, not as your sole security measure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, App is nothing and DRPCOA ENTERPRISE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ZeroText — including but not limited to loss of data, unauthorised account access, or interruption of service.

9. Termination

You may terminate your use of ZeroText at any time by uninstalling the application and discarding your seed phrase. We reserve the right to deny relay access to users found to be in violation of these Terms through lawful technical means, without retention of personal data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the ZeroText app and this website. Continued use of ZeroText after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
